This Privacy Policy explains what information TrafficWave Multiplier (the "Software"), provided by Alex Krulik ("we", "us"), collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and login details.
• Purchase details: your plan and transaction reference from JVZoo. Payments are processed by JVZoo; we never receive your card details.
• Connected accounts: when you connect a social account, we store the access tokens that network gives us, plus basic profile details such as your account name, so we can publish on your behalf.
• Content you create: product links and descriptions, the AI-filled forms, images, music you upload, scripts, videos, posts, schedules and landing pages.
• Usage and technical data: log data such as IP address, browser type and the pages and features you use, to keep the service secure and working.
• Landing page statistics: page views and button clicks on the product pages you publish, including the network the visitor came from. We store visitors' IP addresses in hashed form only.

2. How we use it

• To provide the Software: build your videos, posts and pages, and publish them to the accounts you connect at the times you schedule.
• To manage your account and plan limits and to give you support.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
• To send you important service emails. We send marketing emails only where the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Services we share data with

We share data only as needed to run the Software:

• JVZoo, to process purchases and refunds.
• AI providers, to analyse images and write scripts and texts from the product information you enter.
• Stock photo services (such as Pexels and Pixabay) and Pinterest, which receive search terms only.
• Social networks you connect (such as YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pixelfed), which receive the content you choose to publish.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and run the service for us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. YouTube and Google

The Software uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and set their details on the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can remove the Software's access at any time in your Google security settings. When access is removed, we delete the YouTube tokens we stored.

5. How long we keep data

We keep your account data and content while your account is active. When you disconnect a social account, we delete its tokens. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data except what we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Contact us at askalexkrulik.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No online service can be completely secure.

8. Cookies

The Software uses essential cookies to keep you logged in and secure. The product pages you publish record views and clicks without tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Software is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
