Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of TrafficWave Multiplier (the "Software"), provided by Alex Krulik ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Software you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. Purchase and retailer

The Software is sold through JVZoo, which acts as the retailer and processes all payments. Your purchase is also subject to JVZoo's own terms. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. Your licence

When you buy a plan, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software for your own marketing, within the limits of your plan:

Unused products do not carry over to the next month. You may not resell, sublicense, share your login, or give access to the Software to anyone else.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us straight away at askalexkrulik.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. Connected social accounts

To schedule and publish posts, you connect your own accounts on networks such as YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon and Pixelfed. You authorise the Software to publish the content you approve to those accounts at the times you schedule. You must follow each network's own terms and rules, including their rules on advertising and affiliate disclosures. You can disconnect any account at any time.

By using the YouTube features of the Software you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the products you promote, the text, images, music and videos you approve and publish, and the affiliate links and disclosures you use. You must have the right to use any material you upload. Do not use the Software to publish anything unlawful, misleading, hateful or that infringes anyone's rights.

You keep ownership of the content you create with the Software.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Software, including by trying to break its security, overload it, reverse-engineer it, use it to send spam, or use automated means to access it beyond its normal features. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Third-party services

The Software works with third-party services such as Amazon, stock photo libraries, AI providers and social networks. These services are run by other companies, can change or stop working, and have their own terms. We are not responsible for them, and changes on their side may affect some features.

8. No income guarantee

The Software is a marketing tool. We do not promise any level of traffic, sales or income. Results depend on your products, content, effort and the platforms you use, and examples shown on our sales page are not typical or guaranteed.

9. Refunds

You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through JVZoo. Once a refund is issued, your access to the Software ends.

10. Changes and availability

We keep improving the Software and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

12. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. You can stop using the Software at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept the new Terms.
